Dilution Trackers provides real-time stock dilution tracking and analysis services, including:

  • SEC filing monitoring and alerts
  • Dilution risk analysis and scoring
  • Warrant and convertible tracking
  • Cash runway predictions
  • API access for data integration

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically

4.3 Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data (scraping)
  • Transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Dilution Trackers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dilution Trackers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
